General Terms and Conditions of Sale

General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Company identity

DOG VALLEY, a Simplified Joint Stock Company (SAS) with share capital of €150,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 944 905 389, with its registered office at 38 Avenue Jacqueminot, 92190 Meudon.

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all dog boarding and daycare services provided by DOG VALLEY, booked via our website, by phone, or on site.

3. Admission conditions

The client certifies that they are the owner of the animal entrusted. Only dogs that are identified (microchip or tattoo), properly vaccinated (mandatory vaccines: CHPPiL and kennel cough) and in good health are admitted.

The vaccination record must be provided before the dog’s arrival at the Resort.

No aggressive, contagious, or sick animal will be admitted. Dogs that are reactive towards humans or other dogs are not accepted, as our Resort operates mainly with supervised off-leash social areas.

Female dogs in heat are not accepted for safety and collective well-being reasons. Category 1 and 2 dogs, defined under French law as attack or guard dogs, are not admitted to the facility.

4. Booking and deposit

Any booking is confirmed only after payment of a deposit equal to 100% of the total amount of the service. The deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of the stay.

5. Cancellation

The client may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the stay. After this period, the deposit is retained as a penalty (100%).

6. Veterinary care and emergencies

In the event of injury or illness occurring during the stay, the staff will first attempt to contact the owner to agree on the actions to be taken; however, if the owner cannot be reached, DOG VALLEY staff is authorized to consult a veterinarian and initiate any necessary treatment without waiting for the owner’s approval. Any related costs are borne exclusively by the client, upon presentation of supporting documents.

7. Early departure conditions

If the client collects their animal before the scheduled end of the stay, they may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused days, except in cases where the early departure is due to exclusion for failure to comply with the admission conditions.

8. Prices and payment

The applicable prices are those in force at the time of booking. They are displayed including all taxes. The balance is payable at the time of booking or, at the latest, upon the animal’s arrival, unless otherwise agreed (monthly subscriptions, etc.). Accepted methods of payment are: bank card, cash, and bank transfer.

9. Liability

DOG VALLEY undertakes to ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs entrusted to it, but cannot be held liable for injuries or death due to undeclared illnesses, behavioral disorders, or force majeure events.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the place of DOG VALLEY’s registered office.

11. Acceptance

Booking a stay at DOG VALLEY constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
