At DogValley, dogs roam freely in a supervised, natural setting and participate in daily social interactions.
For this to happen, it is essential that each dog is:

• non-reactive towards other dogs,
• up-to-date on all required vaccinations,
• and in good physical and emotional health.

We do not accept unneutered or unspayed dogs, except in exceptional circumstances. This can disrupt the group dynamic. However, each situation is unique: if your dog is not neutered, please contact us to discuss it. For example, we accept puppies under 8 months old or dogs that have undergone chemical castration, after evaluation by our team.

Before any stay, we conduct a behavioral assessment during the introductory day to ensure that the DogValley environment is suitable for your companion. This allows us to guarantee the well-being and safety of all members of the social group.

Transparency is at the heart of our commitment.

Your dog will be cared for by experienced professionals trained in positive reinforcement training and animal welfare. We will send you photos and videos of your pet throughout their stay, and a personalized report will be sent to you at the end.

And for even greater peace of mind, we offer the option of fitting your dog with a GPS tracker to monitor their movements within our secure grounds, if you wish.

We regularly organize visits for prospective clients so you can explore the facility, ask questions, and ensure our approach is a good fit for you. This visit takes place before any stay to introduce you to our concept and to assess together whether your pet will enjoy our environment.

During your pet’s stay, we do not offer visits or “family playtime.”

Why? Because we want to maintain a stable, peaceful environment for all dogs, free from intense emotional fluctuations. Seeing their owner during their stay can be stressful or disrupt their adjustment process.

But rest assured: thanks to videos, regular updates, and our support, you’ll stay connected with your pet—with complete peace of mind.
