Comfort from your doorstep

Whether your dog is joining us for boarding or daycare, our specially equipped van collects them from your home in the morning and brings them back at the end of the day, clean and relaxed. A premium service that makes life easier for busy owners, with safety and peace of mind at its heart.

Where do we collect?

Every day, we collect dogs from homes within our usual pick-up area: Paris 15, Paris 16, Boulogne-Billancourt, Meudon, Issy-les-Moulineaux and Sèvres. If you live outside this area, we can meet you at one of the collection points shown on the map.

We also cover an extended pick-up area on selected days:

On Mondays, we can also collect your dog from Paris 8 (yellow zone), in addition to our usual service area.

On Wednesdays, we can also collect your dog from Paris 7 (blue zone), in addition to our usual service area.

On Fridays, we can also collect your dog from Paris 17 (purple zone), in addition to our usual service area.

At what time?

We collect your dog each morning between 7:30 and 9:00 am. They join a small group of no more than seven dogs — their friends for the day — for a balanced experience at their own pace.

At the end of the day, between 4:00 and 5:30 pm, your dog comes home content and relaxed. You can also collect them from the resort.
