If you live within our dedicated zone, there’s no collection point, no detour to fit into your day — otherwise, we’ll meet at the closest possible meeting point to your home. And all of this is included in our price!
Your dog’s transport, from your door to ours
With most pet-care solutions, it’s up to you to get your dog to a meeting point — sometimes on foot, sometimes by car, often before heading to work. At Dog Valley, whether for boarding or daycare, our Dog Van comes straight to your home, and all you need to do is say goodbye at your doorstep.
We deliberately limit our coverage area around Paris to keep your dog’s journey to the Resort short — which is why our pick-up zone is intentionally limited.
How does it work?
A dog shuttle from Paris and the inner suburbs, every operating day
Our door-to-door dog transport operates within a defined radius around Paris:
- Paris: 15th, 16th, 7th arrondissements (plus the 7th, 8th, and 17th one day per week)
- Hauts-de-Seine: Boulogne-Billancourt, Meudon, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Sèvres
- Southern inner suburbs: areas bordering the Resort in Essonne, subject to availability
Shuttle times:
- Morning pick-up: 7:30 – 9:00 AM
- End-of-day drop-off: 4:00 – 5:30 PM

Why we chose door-to-door over a collection point
Most pet-care solutions around Paris work with neighborhood meeting points — convenient on paper, but it means getting up earlier, walking to the collection point, sometimes in the rain with a dog who doesn’t feel like going out at 7 AM.
We made the opposite choice: our van moves, not you. Your dog hops in right outside your home, and hops out right outside your home. The rest of his day stays the same: forest, activities, friends — but the start and end of the day are simpler for you.
